How it works

Return
At Auricka, we want you to love your fine jewellery as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 days of receiving your order. Here’s what you need to know:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and documentation.
- How to Return: Please contact our customer service team at aurickaofficial@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
